Card offers API
Pro plan and aboveOffer changes need Pro or above. Webhook alerts need Enterprise.
These are card product offers, the welcome bonus, minimum spend and fees an issuer advertises for a card, not card-linked merchant offers. Every card carries its current signup_bonus, signup_min_spend and signup_min_spend_months on every plan.
CardAPI re-checks issuer sites every week and records each change to an offer. GET /v1/offers/notable lists the latest notable ones across all cards (a bonus went up, the minimum spend or annual fee came down); GET /v1/offers/history lists every recorded change for one card. On Enterprise, the offer.notable and card.updated webhooks send the same changes as they are found.
